Grilled Watermelon

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a medium bowl, combine the corn, onion, red pepper, garlic, salt, and Tabasco Green Sauce. Chill until ready to use.
- Spray the grill grates with cooking spray and grill the watermelon wedges for 2-3 minutes per side until char marks form.
- Remove the watermelon from the grill and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Top the grilled watermelon with the corn mixture, feta, avocado, and fresh herbs. Serve with additional Tabasco or lime wedges if desired.
