Instructions
- Prepare all of the ingredients.
- Assemble the skewers by alternating pieces of watermelon and feta with basil or mint.
- Arrange the skewers on a platter.
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios over the skewers and lightly press them into the feta.
- Drizzle balsamic vinegar, sprinkle flaky salt, and add lime zest.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge, refreshing the balsamic vinegar and pistachios when ready to serve.
