The salad

The dressing

Instructions
- Whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and set aside.
- In a large bowl or serving platter, combine the chilled watermelon, cucumber, and red onion.
- Before serving, top the salad with feta cheese, fresh mint, fresh basil, and drizzle the balsamic dressing on top.
