Instructions
- Cube the watermelon and set it aside.
- Heat a small pan over medium-high heat and toast the pine nuts until fragrant, about 4-5 minutes.
- Set the toasted pine nuts aside to cool.
- Crumble the feta cheese and chop or tear the basil into fine pieces.
- Assemble the salad by placing the cubed watermelon in a large dish and topping it with the toasted pine nuts, feta cheese, and basil.
- Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with flaky salt before serving.
