Watermelon, Feta, and Mint Salad

Instructions
- Peel and cube the watermelon, then transfer 3 quarts of cubes to a large bowl.
- Season the watermelon cubes with sea salt and add olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar, then toss gently and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Gather the mint, basil, and slice the feta, then add them to the bowl and toss to combine.
- Fold in the arugula and add cracked pepper if desired, then serve immediately.
