Watermelon Salad with Feta and Cucumber

The salad

The dressing

Instructions
- Cube the watermelon and peel and seed the cucumber.
- In a large bowl, combine the watermelon, cucumber, and mint.
- In a smaller bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
- Sprinkle with feta cheese and serve.
