Watermelon Salad

The dressing

Instructions
- Cut off both ends of the watermelon and slice it in half, then cut into slices.
- Remove the skin from the watermelon slices and cut them into cubes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, red vinegar, lime juice, cayenne pepper, honey, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine the watermelon, cucumber, feta cheese, red onion, and chopped mint.
- Toss the salad with the dressing and garnish with mint leaves.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
