Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves (chopped, plus more for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, and Tabasco in a small bowl to make the dressing, then season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the watermelon, feta, onion, and mint.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
  4. Garnish with additional mint and serve chilled.
