Easy Vegan Chocolate Ganache

Instructions
- Warm the coconut cream in a saucepan over low heat until melted and just beginning to bubble.
- Turn off the heat and add in the chocolate chips, vanilla, and salt.
- Whisk until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
- For a dip or drizzle, use immediately.
- For frosting, place the ganache in the fridge to firm up for about 1-2 hours.
- Remove from the fridge and whip with a hand mixer or stand mixer before using.
