Ingredients

  • ½ cup dairy free chocolate chips
  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Warm the coconut cream in a saucepan over low heat until melted and just beginning to bubble.
  2. Turn off the heat and add in the chocolate chips, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Whisk until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  4. For a dip or drizzle, use immediately.
  5. For frosting, place the ganache in the fridge to firm up for about 1-2 hours.
  6. Remove from the fridge and whip with a hand mixer or stand mixer before using.
