Healthy Turkey Enchiladas

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan and sauté onion and broccoli for about 5 minutes.
- Add ground turkey and minced garlic, cooking until the turkey is no longer pink.
- Stir in chili powder, oregano, salt, and pepper, then add black beans and green chiles.
- Mix in lime juice and ¼ cup of enchilada sauce, simmering for 2-3 minutes.
- Spread ¼ cup of enchilada sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish.
- Lay out tortillas, adding ½ cup of the mixture to each, sprinkle with cheese, and roll tightly.
- Place rolled tortillas seam-side down in the dish, filling any empty spaces.
- Top with remaining enchilada sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
