One-Pot Mushroom Pasta

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat and add garlic, onion, and mushrooms.
- Cook until the mushrooms are golden and most of the moisture evaporates, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the pot.
- Stir the pasta every 3-4 minutes to combine and prevent sticking.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes until the pasta is tender and has absorbed most of the liquid.
- Adjust seasoning to taste and serve with red chili flakes and toasted baguette.
