One Pot Creamy Mushroom Pasta

Instructions
- Mince the garlic and slice the mushrooms.
- Sauté garlic and butter in a deep skillet over medium heat for one minute.
- Add mushrooms, salt, and pepper, and sauté until softened and browned.
- Add fettuccine and vegetable broth, stir to combine, and bring to a boil.
- Cover and simmer on medium-low for about 10 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and then add Parmesan, mixing until melted.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt or pepper as needed, then serve.
