Hot Detox Tonic

ginger tea or ½ teaspoon fresh grated ginger

apple cider vinegar

Instructions
- Prepare an extra large mug or a small teapot.
- Place the ginger tea bag inside the mug or teapot.
- Boil 2 cups of water and pour it into the mug/teapot.
- Cover and steep the ginger tea for 7 to 8 minutes.
- Remove the tea bag and squeeze it to release more flavor if desired.
- Add cinnamon, turmeric, and cayenne, then whisk until combined.
- Stir in the apple cider vinegar and add the lemon slice.
- Whisk again to infuse the lemon flavor.
- Add maple syrup to taste and whisk to combine.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
