Instructions
- Add the pork shoulder to the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the pork with salt, pepper, chili powder, and garlic powder.
- Top the pork with BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and chicken broth.
- Cook on low for 8-9 hours or high for 5-6 hours until the pork is tender.
- Remove the pork from the crockpot and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Shred the pork with two forks and return it to the crockpot, stirring until saucy.
- Serve on buns or rolls with desired toppings.
