The dressing

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine kale, olive oil, and salt, then massage the kale until slightly broken down.
- Add cooked quinoa, chopped carrots, chickpeas, almonds, pomegranate seeds, raisins, feta, and dill to the bowl.
- In a separate measuring cup, whisk together all dressing ingredients until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
