Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- Prepare the kale by tearing it into 2-inch pieces and rinsing it well.
- Sauté minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat for about one minute.
- Add the kale to the pot and sauté until wilted, about 5 minutes, seasoning with salt.
- Stretch the pizza dough onto a pizza pan.
- Mix olive oil and garlic powder, then brush it onto the dough.
- Scatter the sautéed kale over the dough, add dollops of ricotta, and sprinkle mozzarella on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is browned and the cheese is melted.
- Slice the pizza into 8 pieces and serve.
