Ingredients

Garlicky Kale

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 6 cups torn kale leaves

Pizza

  • 1 large pizza dough
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
  2. Prepare the kale by tearing it into 2-inch pieces and rinsing it well.
  3. Sauté minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat for about one minute.
  4. Add the kale to the pot and sauté until wilted, about 5 minutes, seasoning with salt.
  5. Stretch the pizza dough onto a pizza pan.
  6. Mix olive oil and garlic powder, then brush it onto the dough.
  7. Scatter the sautéed kale over the dough, add dollops of ricotta, and sprinkle mozzarella on top.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is browned and the cheese is melted.
  9. Slice the pizza into 8 pieces and serve.
