Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 500°F and prepare your baking surface.
- Make the pesto by blending kale, nuts, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a food processor, then drizzle in olive oil until smooth.
- Prepare the pizza dough according to your recipe or package instructions.
- Roll out the dough and spread a layer of pesto on top.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the pesto and prepare the kale topping by tossing chopped kale with olive oil and salt.
- Distribute the kale topping evenly over the pizza.
- Bake the pizza until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly, about 10-12 minutes.
