Instructions
- Make the kale pesto by blending kale and nuts in a food processor until combined.
- Add olive oil, roasted garlic, salt, and pepper, then blend until smooth.
- Preheat the oven to 500°F (260°C).
- Spread the kale pesto over the pizza dough.
- Top with mozzarella cheese, tomato slices, and chopped kale.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and the kale is crisp.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve.
