Instructions
- Pulse the pepitas and garlic in a food processor until ground.
- Add cheese or nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper, and pulse again.
- Add the kale and lemon juice, then drizzle in the olive oil while processing until combined.
- Season to taste and adjust with more salt, pepper, lemon juice, or sweetener if needed.
