Instructions
- Add kale, parsley, parmesan, lemon zest, walnuts, garlic, and salt to a food processor and pulse until finely minced.
- Add lemon juice and 1 Tbsp of water, then cover and pour in the olive oil while the processor is running.
- Thin the pesto with additional water as needed.
