Instructions
- Toast the walnuts in a dry skillet or in the oven until aromatic.
- In a food processor, combine toasted walnuts, Parmesan cheese, and garlic, and process until finely minced.
- Add kale and sage to the mixture and process until chopped.
- With the processor running, drizzle in the olive oil until emulsified.
- Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then blend again and adjust seasoning to taste.
