Instructions
- Prepare the pesto by processing garlic in a food processor until minced.
- Add kale, hemp seeds, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then drizzle in oil while processing until desired consistency is reached.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- If making pasta, boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente, reserving one cup of cooking water before draining.
- Mix pasta with pesto, adding reserved water to adjust consistency if needed.
