Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the pizza crust package instructions or to 450°F if using dough.
- Remove roasted garlic cloves from their skins and mash them with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Heat the remaining olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add mushroom slices, and cook until softened.
- Add kale to the skillet and cook until wilted, then season with salt and pepper.
- Place the pizza crust on parchment paper and spread the roasted garlic sauce on top, leaving a 1-inch edge.
- Layer half of the cheese, followed by the mushrooms and kale, then add the remaining cheese.
- Transfer the pizza to the pizza stone or baking sheet and bake until the crust is golden brown and the kale is crisp.
