Instructions
- Marinate the salmon for 2 hours.
- Preheat a skillet over medium high heat and add a light coating of avocado oil.
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and shake off the excess.
- Sear the salmon in the hot pan for 4-5 minutes on each side until it flakes easily.
- Dump the salad into a big bowl and toss it with the dressing of your choice.
- Lay the seared salmon on top of the salad mix and serve.
