Asian Salmon Chopped Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 kit Asian Chopped Salad Kit
  • 2 pieces Salmon (6 oz. each, skin removed)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • ΒΌ cup Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 tsp Garlic
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • for garnish Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. Marinate the salmon for 2 hours.
  2. Preheat a skillet over medium high heat and add a light coating of avocado oil.
  3. Remove the salmon from the marinade and shake off the excess.
  4. Sear the salmon in the hot pan for 4-5 minutes on each side until it flakes easily.
  5. Dump the salad into a big bowl and toss it with the dressing of your choice.
  6. Lay the seared salmon on top of the salad mix and serve.
