Instructions
- Pound the chicken breasts to ¼ inch thickness and sprinkle with salt.
- Coat the chicken with almond flour.
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl and mix parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and remaining almond flour in another bowl.
- Dip the chicken in the egg mixture, then coat with the dry mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the fried chicken on the baking sheet, top with marinara sauce, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
