Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mix the wet ingredients in one bowl and the dry ingredients in another.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed, avoiding over-mixing.
- If the batter is too dry, add more milk one tablespoon at a time.
- Chop the strawberries and gently fold them into the batter.
- Grease a muffin tin and fill each cavity with the batter.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes until golden on top.
- Remove from the oven, let cool, and enjoy.
