Instructions
- Cook the chicken in a skillet covered with chicken broth until fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and reserve the broth.
- Shred the chicken using your preferred method.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, celery, sweet onion, salt, and black pepper.
- Gradually add chicken broth to the mixture until the desired texture is reached.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
