The okra

  • 6 cups okra (fresh)

The seasoning

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Spread the okra on a baking sheet and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake for approximately 40-45 minutes, stirring after 20 minutes and every 10 minutes thereafter until the okra is dark brown and crispy but not burnt.
  4. Serve warm or at room temperature.
