Ingredients

Pizza Dough

  • cups all-purpose flour
  • teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • ¾ cups warm water
  • to taste tablespoons olive oil

Toppings

  • 3 ounces aged provolone, cubed
  • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 5 ounces pepperoni cups

Instructions

  1. Pour olive oil into a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Mix flour, salt, and yeast in a bowl, then add warm water and olive oil.
  3. Knead the dough until cohesive and place it in the greased pan.
  4. Dimple the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 15 minutes, covered.
  5. Press the dough closer to the edges of the pan and let it rise for another 15 minutes.
  6. Stretch the dough to the edges and cover for a final rise of 1 hour.
  7. Preheat the oven to 500°F.
  8. Spread pizza sauce on the dough, then top with provolone and mozzarella.
  9. Add pepperoni cups on top, overlapping them.
  10. Bake for 7 minutes, rotate the pan, and bake for an additional 7 minutes.
  11. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
