Detroit-Style Pepperoni Pizza

Instructions
- Prepare a half-batch of the Master Bread Dough.
- Brush the pizza pan with olive oil and flour the work surface.
- Turn the dough out onto the floured surface and shape it into a round.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared pan, rub with oil, and let it rise for about 1 hour.
- Cut the cheese into small cubes.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and dimple the dough, pushing it out to the edges.
- Scatter the cheese over the dough, then spoon the marinara sauce in three rows.
- Distribute the pepperoni over the sauce and sprinkle with oregano.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
- Top with basil leaves, let cool for 5 minutes, then slice.
