Instructions
- Arrange the candy canes into 12 hearts on a sheet of parchment paper.
- Melt the candy melts in the microwave in 30-second increments until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate into a piping bag or a plastic bag and snip the tip off.
- Pipe a dollop of chocolate into each heart and use a toothpick to spread it into the points and curves.
- Add sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet and work quickly.
- Let the hearts sit until firm, then serve.
