Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, add flour, and whisk together.
- Gradually add milk while whisking until the mixture thickens, then stir in cheese and salt.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares; line muffin tin with pastry squares.
- Fill each pastry cup with cheese sauce, crack an egg on top, and sprinkle with diced ham.
- Brush pastry edges with egg wash.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until eggs are set; garnish with chives, salt, and pepper.
