Vanilla Matcha Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
  • ¼ cup hot water
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract or ⅓ vanilla bean, scraped
  • ¾ cup oat milk (or milk of choice), warmed and frothed

Instructions

  1. Heat up ¼ cup of water and ¾ cup of oat milk.
  2. Add matcha to a wide mug and pour in the hot water, whisking vigorously until frothy.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Pour in the frothed oat milk and stir to mix if desired.
