Vanilla Matcha Latte

pure vanilla extract or ⅓ vanilla bean, scraped

oat milk (or milk of choice), warmed and frothed
Instructions
- Heat up ¼ cup of water and ¾ cup of oat milk.
- Add matcha to a wide mug and pour in the hot water, whisking vigorously until frothy.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour in the frothed oat milk and stir to mix if desired.
