Ingredients

The Matcha

  • 3 tsp good quality Matcha Powder
  • 1/3 cup hot water

The Milk

  • 3/4 cup milk (any kind)

Instructions

  1. Place matcha powder in a bowl.
  2. Whisk the matcha powder with a bamboo whisk.
  3. Pour hot water into the bowl and whisk vigorously.
  4. Froth the milk to 140-160°F (60-70°C).
  5. Pour the frothed milk into the cup with matcha.
  6. Optional: Sift a little matcha over the cup and serve.
