The Milk
Instructions
- Place matcha powder in a bowl.
- Whisk the matcha powder with a bamboo whisk.
- Pour hot water into the bowl and whisk vigorously.
- Froth the milk to 140-160°F (60-70°C).
- Pour the frothed milk into the cup with matcha.
- Optional: Sift a little matcha over the cup and serve.
