Matcha Latte

The matcha mixture

ceremonial grade matcha powder

The milk mixture

milk (any type)

pure maple syrup
Instructions
- Whisk matcha powder with hot water in a small bowl until smooth.
- Heat milk with maple syrup in a saucepan and froth the mixture.
- Divide frothed milk between two mugs and stir in the matcha mixture.
- Serve immediately.
