Matcha Latte

pure matcha green tea powder

light coconut milk, almond milk, oat milk or cow's milk
Instructions
- Sift the matcha powder into a wide mug.
- Add 1 tablespoon of hot water and whisk vigorously until the matcha dissolves.
- Pour in ¼ cup of hot water and whisk again until dissolved.
- In a small saucepan, combine the honey and milk, heating until very warm.
- Whisk the milk vigorously to froth it, then pour it into the mug and whisk one last time.
