Ingredients

Quick Oat Milk

  • 3 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch sea salt
  • ¾ cup filtered water

For the Matcha

  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • cup hot water

Instructions

  1. Fill a serving glass with ice.
  2. Make the quick oat milk by blending oats, maple syrup, vanilla, salt, and water until smooth.
  3. Strain the oat milk into the glass with ice.
  4. In a bowl, whisk sifted matcha with a little hot water until dissolved, then add the remaining hot water and whisk until frothy.
  5. Pour the matcha over the iced oat milk and stir to combine.
