Instructions
- Rinse the yellow noodles under running water and drain well.
- Boil water in a pot, add the noodles, and cook until just tender. Drain the noodles.
- Prepare the garlic sauce by melting butter in a sauté pan, adding garlic, and sautéing until fragrant. Mix in the seasonings and transfer to a bowl.
- Toss the noodles with the garlic sauce and Parmesan cheese, then serve immediately.
- Clean and chop the crab into pieces.
- Sauté garlic in butter until aromatic, then add black pepper and chicken bouillon powder.
- Incorporate the crab and stir well, adding sugar and cooking until the shell changes color.
- Bake the crab in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes and serve hot with garlic noodles.
