Ingredients

The noodles

  • 20 oz. yellow noodles
  • water for boiling noodles
  • 1 tablespoon Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese

The garlic sauce

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Maggi seasoning sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

The crab

  • 1 Dungeness Crab (about 2 lbs./800 g)
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, chopped coarsely
  • 2 teaspoons whole black pepper, cracked
  • 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon powder
  • ¼ teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Rinse the yellow noodles under running water and drain well.
  2. Boil water in a pot, add the noodles, and cook until just tender. Drain the noodles.
  3. Prepare the garlic sauce by melting butter in a sauté pan, adding garlic, and sautéing until fragrant. Mix in the seasonings and transfer to a bowl.
  4. Toss the noodles with the garlic sauce and Parmesan cheese, then serve immediately.
  5. Clean and chop the crab into pieces.
  6. Sauté garlic in butter until aromatic, then add black pepper and chicken bouillon powder.
  7. Incorporate the crab and stir well, adding sugar and cooking until the shell changes color.
  8. Bake the crab in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes and serve hot with garlic noodles.
