Instructions
- Loosen the fresh noodles and rinse them with hot water to remove oil and slightly cook them, then set aside.
- In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté minced garlic until browned, then add oyster sauce and sugar before mixing in the noodles.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and transfer the noodles to a serving platter.
- In the same skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic, then add shrimp, soy sauce, and sugar until cooked.
- Serve the garlic noodles topped with shrimp.
