Instructions
- Clean the shrimp and trim off the long antennae and sharp end on top of the head.
- Soak the glass noodles in warm water for 10 minutes until soft, then drain.
- Slice the cabbage and arrange it in a clay pot, followed by the glass noodles, and then the shrimp on top.
- Prepare the sauce by combining garlic, half of the chopped green onion, and ground white pepper in a bowl.
- Heat the oil until smoking, then pour it over the garlic and green onion mixture.
- Add soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and rice wine to the sauce mixture and stir well.
- Pour the sauce over the shrimp in the pot, cover, and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
- Turn off the heat and let it sit covered for another 5 minutes.
- Gently stir the noodles before serving, then sprinkle the remaining green onion and drizzle with sesame oil.
