shrimp, peeled and deveined
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and cook the noodles according to package directions, then drain and rinse them.
- In a small bowl, mix sugar, dark soy sauce, reduced-sodium soy sauce, sesame paste, garlic-chili sauce, chicken broth, and cider vinegar.
- Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
- Add shrimp and garlic to the hot pan, cooking for 2-3 minutes until shrimp are almost done.
- Remove the pan from heat, add sesame seeds to the shrimp, and keep warm.
- Combine the drained noodles with the sauce, tossing to coat thoroughly.
- Return the shrimp to the heat to finish cooking.
- Top the noodles with sliced peppers, scallions, and shrimp before serving.
