Instructions
- Julienne the zucchini and toss with salt in a colander to drain.
- Combine oil, peppercorns, cinnamon, and red pepper flakes in a saucepan to make chili oil.
- Cook the pork in a skillet with ginger, jalapeño, and garlic until browned.
- Mix tahini, sesame oil, five-spice, black pepper, coconut aminos, vinegar, and sugar to make the sauce.
- Combine the sauce with the cooked pork and add cornichons.
- Stir-fry the zucchini noodles in the skillet until hot, then mix with the pork and sauce.
- Serve in bowls topped with chili oil, cashews, and scallions.
