Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti noodles in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and rinse.
- In a bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, peanut butter, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, cornstarch, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until smooth.
- In a skillet, cook the ground meat with salt, pepper, garlic, and ginger until browned.
- Drain excess grease, then add the sauce to the skillet and simmer until thickened.
- Stir in the cilantro and pour the mixture over the noodles. Serve immediately.
