Crab Legs with Garlic Butter

The sauce

Instructions
- Fill a large, deep pot with 3 inches of water and bring it to a boil.
- Crack the crab legs using a seafood cracker.
- Place the crab legs in the pot and cover it.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until the crab is heated through. If using raw crab, cook for 10-12 minutes until the flesh is red and opaque.
- Drain the crab legs and cover them to keep warm.
- Melt the butter in the pot, add garlic, and cook for 30 seconds.
- Stir in salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Return the crab to the pot and toss to coat with the garlic butter.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges if desired.
