Ingredients

The crab legs

  • 4 lbs frozen king, snow or dungeness crab legs, thawed and rinsed

The seasoning

  • to taste olive oil spray
  • to taste lemon wedges
  • to taste melted butter, optional for dipping

Instructions

  1. Heat the grill to medium-high.
  2. Spritz the crab legs with olive oil spray and place them on the hot grill.
  3. Cover and cook for about 7 minutes on each side until the meat is heated through.
  4. Use a sharp paring knife to cut slits along the side of the legs to pull out the meat easily.
  5. Remove the legs from the grill and serve with lemon wedges and melted butter if desired.
