Ingredients

The crab legs

  • 3-3½ pounds snow crab legs

Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped parsley
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high, around 350 degrees.
  2. Place the crab legs on the grill.
  3. Grill the crab legs for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  4. Cool the crab legs before splitting them.
  5. To make the Garlic Butter Sauce, combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir. Serve as a dipping sauce or brush over the crab.
