Instructions
- Chop the broccoli rabe into 1-inch pieces and set aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the sausage and oregano, cooking until browned.
- Transfer the cooked sausage to a plate.
- In the same skillet, add the broccoli rabe, parsnip noodles, garlic, and red pepper flakes, then add the broth.
- Cook until the noodles are al dente, about 5 minutes.
- Return the sausage to the skillet, add the cheese, and stir to combine.
