Instructions
- 1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook the sausage until browned, breaking it up.
- 2. Remove the sausage and set aside.
- 3. In the same skillet, add olive oil, brussels sprouts, shallots, and garlic, cooking until golden.
- 4. Set the vegetable mixture aside with the sausage.
- 5. Add the spiralized parsnip noodles to the skillet with chicken broth and red pepper flakes, cooking until al dente.
- 6. Return the sausage and brussels sprouts to the skillet, add parmesan cheese, and stir to combine.
