Ingredients

The salad

  • 4 cups brussels sprouts, shaved or shredded
  • 1.5 cups pasta, cooked
  • 8 oz cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • ½ cup red onion, sliced

The seasoning and dressing

  • 1 tsp balsamic glaze
  • ½ tbsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Sauté or air fry the brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until browned and softened.
  2. Assemble each bowl with sautéed brussels sprouts, cooked pasta, chicken breast, parmesan cheese, bell pepper, and red onion.
  3. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve.
