Ingredients

The salad

  • 18-20 pieces Brussel Sprouts, shredded
  • β…“ cup Parmesan cheese, shaved
  • 1 lemon Juice of

The dressing

  • β…“ cup olive oil
  • ΒΌ cup Basil, chopped
  • β…› cup Parsley, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Shave the brussel sprouts using a box grater or mandolin slicer.
  2. 2. Shave the Parmesan cheese with a vegetable peeler.
  3. 3. In a mason jar, combine the dressing ingredients and shake well.
  4. 4. Toss the dressing with the shaved brussel sprouts and serve.
